Information we collect

• Account info: your email address, display name, and a securely hashed password (we never store your password in plain text).
• Google sign-in: if you use "Continue with Google," we receive your Google account email, name, and a unique account identifier — never your Google password.
• App data: the weekly targets, tasks, rewards, punishments, and task-completion history you create while using the app.
• Session cookies: a cookie that keeps you signed in. We don't use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

Solely to operate the app: authenticating you, saving and displaying your weekly plans, emailing one-time sign-in codes, and computing your highlights. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.

Third-party services

We rely on a small number of providers to run the app: Google (for optional sign-in), an email provider (for one-time login codes), and Google Cloud (for hosting). Each only receives what's necessary to perform that function.

Children's use

PlanD's task-tracking concept is well suited to family and kids' routines, but accounts are intended to be created and managed by a parent or guardian. If a child's account information was provided to us without appropriate parental consent, please contact us and we will delete it.

Data retention & deletion

Your data is kept as long as your account is active. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us using the details below.

Security

Passwords are hashed (never stored in plain text), traffic is encrypted with HTTPS, and one-time login codes expire after a short window.
